The Ayes Cross was adopted in '96 as the squadron emblem. Featuring four aircraft nose-to-nose and with overlapping wings, it symbolizes the strategic maneuver made famous by the baron himself: when in doubt, head in all directions at once! The Ayes Cross has been coveted by aviators since its inception, but it is awarded only to those who dare to fly with the baron twice. Such courage deserves the special recognition this emblem represents.
