Paul "Moby" Schreiber

(My Brother The Pilot)

This is Paul at Watsonville, CA, but now he lives in Sweden. When he isn't flying he's teaching English literature to Swedish university students. I think Paul is a natural pilot, calm and confident in the air. He has around 160 hours now, which isn't much when you realize that he's been a pilot for ten years. The fact that the plane he's leaning on (a Cessna 152) rents for over $80/hour in Sweden has something to do with that! Paul often flew a J3 Cub in Sweden, before someone else groundlooped it. That makes Paul a taildragger pilot too.

Paul is also a skydiver. The picture shows Paul and my sister Ramona after Paul's first jump. My sister was there to congratulate him on his first landing sans aeroplane.

That's Paul at Afenya, Ghana, wishing it was him instead of me taking the flying lessons. He never did take lessons there, but I think he may have managed a ride or two.
